H. Maier GmbH was one of the first manufacturers to be awarded the G-Mark Certificate.
The G-Mark Certificate is a mandatory product marking for low-voltage products and, since the 1st July 2016, is required by all manufacturers, importers or distributing companies of low-voltage products (e.g. domestic appliances, amongst others) in the Gulf Region. Requirement for the labellingwith the G-Mark is the compliance with the technical standards of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Standardisation Organisation – GSO. The GSO member countries (Gulf Standards Organisation) are Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Yemen. We have developed a two-pole plug (M 69) with / without earth-contact and with a fuse for the rapidly developing market in the Gulf Region.
